How do I buy?

PRODUCT SELECTION

You can identify your favorite products using:

Once you have found a product that you would like to purchase, you can add it to your cart by clicking the SEND ORDER button. You can add as many products as you want to the cart. Once you have completed the selection of products, you can access the shopping cart where you can check the products and set the desired quantities. If you change your mind about a particular product, you can delete it from the shopping cart.

If you want to continue shopping, you can resume the product identification process, using the 2 ways above. If you want to send your selection of products, press the “FINISH ORDER” button.

ORDER FINISHING

To complete the order, you have 2 options:

Create an account / Login

The advantage of this option is that, when you return to the store and make a purchase, the fields required for the delivery of the order will be filled in automatically.

After authentication, if you have already completed them, the delivery and billing information will be automatically taken from your account. If you have not previously defined them, you must complete them in the 2 forms: delivery dates and billing dates. Later, on a future purchase, they will be automatically taken from your account.

Order form

This option involves manually filling in all the fields required for delivery and invoicing of the order, whenever a purchase is made.

Fill in the information based on which we will deliver the products to you. If you have an account and have previously filled in this information, it will be automatically taken from your account. If you have not previously defined them, you must complete them; later, on a future purchase, they will be automatically taken from your account.

Payment method

In this section you must complete the way in which you want to pay for the purchased products

– Payment by card

– Bank transfer to our account opened with ING Bank

After checking the box stating that you agree to the Terms and Conditions, click the Finish Order button.

The time required to complete the fields is a maximum of 2 minutes.

After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your order, and our colleagues will then contact you to validate the order and establish the latest delivery details.
